Shipping
All our orders are carefully prepared at our Quebec City warehouse, located at 1000 rue du Calcaire, Quebec City (G2K 1W1).
- Preparation time: your order is prepared within 5 days.
- Quebec City: shipping is free.
- Elsewhere in the province: shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance. You will receive a detailed quote showing the price of your delivery. If this price does not suit you, we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you in full.
- Bulky items (sheds, pergolas, membrane rolls): delivered by truck.
- Free assembly: assembly is offered free of charge everywhere in the province of Quebec for all our garbage bin enclosure models (end-of-season promotion).

Returns
Your satisfaction matters to us. If a product does not suit you, you have 30 days from receiving it to return it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Contact us first at info@boutiquemonpatio.com so we can confirm the procedure to follow — please do not ship anything without our confirmation.
The refund is issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
Warranty
Our products are covered by the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Boutique mon Patio assumes no responsibility beyond the manufacturer's warranty.
